Packaging with a view….prize!

VistaPaper®, the paper packaging with a rugged kraft paper look, laminated to film, with a die cut see thru window, airtight, with hi barrier properties, developed by Sacchital for the leading Pastificio Rana, has won the Pack Award by Packology, (Packaging and Processing Technology Convention).

The Pack Award is given to the most innovative packaging solutions introduced in 2010-2013. The Award is given to the entire design, development and industrial process which has made the product a great market success.

The following has been taken into consideration to assign the award: innovation in materials used, product engineering, creation of new user experience, communication impact and corporate identity enhancement.

These are the jury’s comments: “The award is given because while keeping a high degree of product protection and a high packaging machine performance, bags in printed paper laminated with plastic films with see thru window, give a high consumer viewing experience and allow a great reduction in the number of printing cylinders and a complete optimization of the whole graphic process”
