Sustainability
The goal of Sacchital is to promote sustainability through the research and adoption of new eco-friendly and recyclable materials, which are at the heart of our innovation in flexible packaging. Thanks to versatile and cost-effective solutions, our packaging efficiently protects and preserves products and can be further improved through the use of new resources and the development of functional solutions.
Our commitment to sustainability involves all business processes. Thanks to the use of paper, bioplastics, and compostable materials, we are reducing our environmental impact and promoting a circular economy by looking for easily disposable packaging solutions.
Sustainability is a responsible choice that optimizes resources, reduces environmental impact, and promotes social well-being.

Naturally biodegradable, compostable, and renewable, paper is sustainable and is our main resource. It is our most valuable ally, and we are convinced that it will be the protagonist of the flexible packaging industry in the near future. Recyclable paper packaging is a significant added value for the brand: it strongly expresses the principles of sustainability and makes consumers perceive the products as healthy, high-quality, and environmentally friendly.
Thanks to the development of innovative materials and with over 80 years of experience in the industry, we have created a wide range of recyclable packaging that protects consumers, products, and the environment. All of our plants are FSC® certified, ensuring compliance with economic, environmental, and social standards in paper-based packaging production.
“
Regulation in packaging is not an obstacle, but an opportunity to innovate, protect the environment, and build a more sustainable future for all of us.

Paperflex System®

Paper-based packaging
Paperflex System® is a range of eco-sustainable packaging developed by Sacchital. A base of paper materials (up to 95%) is combined with polymers to create custom-made packaging for food and non-food products. It also offers the possibility to have transparent window.
Natura Paper®
Natura Paper® is a line of recyclable paper-based packaging. It is produced with a system that ensures the optimization of recyclability thanks to specific choices of paper weights, thickness of plastic films, and type of adhesives.

Vista Paper®
Vista Paper® is a hermetically sealed paper packaging with window that allows the consumer to view the product without compromising the protection provided by the packaging. This windowed packaging won the Pack Award at Packology. Today, Sacchital Group produces a wide range of custom paper-based food packaging with windows, for various sectors, including confectionery, candies, cold cuts, and cheeses.
Forma Paper®
Forma Paper® is a food packaging solution created for the fresh food sector that is recyclable in paper. Thanks to the synergy between paper and plastic film, this tray combines a top made of windowed and barrier-coated paper with a bottom made of recyclable and barrier-coated thermoformable paper.
This type of packaging reduces the use of plastic by more than 85% compared to traditional trays due to the innovative combination of materials. In addition, it is highly versatile, as it can be worked on all thermoforming machines, enabling it to meet the packaging needs of various fresh products. The double-sided printability allows it to convey customized communications and reinforce brand image, making Forma Paper® an ideal choice for eco-friendly packaging.
